Our Team
Our amazing SSAS team are made of women from all walks of life who are committed to helping and uplifting others. We take our convictions and turn them into action. Our team is dedicated to making every woman feel special for a day, especially those afflicted and affected by adverse situations in their lives. Celebrating women at the ultimate women's event... Our History
Sundress Sandals And Shades started as an event to celebrate women, but turned into so much more than an event. Seeing the response to the first event and the offers of help from small sponsors SSAS has become an Event that not only offers a day of beauty and celebration for women, but a fund raising event dedicated to making the lives of women dealing with adverse situations easier. Situations such as abuse, hardships, and most importantly major illnesses such as Cancer. Our aim is to simply offer assistance through love and tangible support.
At SSAS, patrons will be entertained with music from a few of our best local female musical mix masters Disc Jockeys. There will catering and desserts to appease the appetite. A Photo Booth to take fun selfies, Health and Wellness Booth, makeup refreshment bars, along with sampling, and lots of giveaways. There will be Art, Fashion, charity and much more. Women will also be given the opportunity to display their business products as SSAS aims to highlight female entrepreneurship. Men are also welcome to come and share in the celebration of “us.”
Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions for those in need through an event that everyone can enjoy.
Our Mission
Our main focus is to provide the help and assistance needed to affect change in the lives of women affected adversely by abuse, hardships and major illnesses such as Cancer, by providing a platform where women can adorn their Sundresses and feel extra special for a day in an atmosphere of support and love.
